Final Call for Germany

This is the final call for Germany,you may be able to get on the tour later but we can not guarantee rooms etc.

The attendees are as per the sticky WIKI so check your on the list.

Could you please send me ASAP £136.30 per person, I will pick up all the bank transer charges for this.

Friday dinner

Saturday

Route book for the event (I will check on maps)

Saturday Lunch

Two and a half hours exclusive use at the Ring and the F1 circuit (not timed fun or flat you choose)

Opportunity to watch other events at the ring

Dinner on a Rhine cruise ship with an awards dinner ending in fireworks

Breakfast on sunday for the goodbyes.

We normally catch the Chunnel train just before nine stop on the Thursday for a quick lunch which should see us arrive at 3:30-4:00 return shuttle is normally 16:00 or about on the Monday.

Really looking forward to the weekend.

Perhaps anyone who went last year and doesnt wish to join us this year could PM or post why they don't want to join in this year, I would love to organise a big Euro event every year, but I need to know what you want and enjoy.

1st problem with last year coming home was far to soon

Just need to confirm, we need your cheque payable to P C Care (as this is our company that will make the transfer to the German guys)or direct transfer into our company bank, if you don't have the details of where etc. just email us and we will confirm, the cost is per person not per car ASAP we need to confirm numbers, car details to our hosts. Many of you have now paid the German entry fee, please check the wicki for the current update. As the original date for sending the money to Germany was the end of March, we must insist that all monies are received by us at the very, very latest by 16 April, if we have not received your total payment by then, we will have to scratch you from the list. Sorry but that will have to be done to be fair to the German guys who are organising the event.
